Yes, all payments are secured by Opayo. We do not process or store card details at any time, for either online or offline orders. All card details are entered directly into Opayo's Tier 1 PCI compliant servers for maximum security
Refunds are made when we receive returned items from you. For security, we will only make refunds back to the original payment method.
Yes, a VAT invoice is generated at despatch and will be included with your order. If you have lost this or need a copy please contact Customer Services on 01746 760490 or drop them an email at sales@bestworkwear.co.uk and they can email you a copy.
Despatch and Shipping

This depends on the products ordered. Each item shows an estimated leadtime for depatch on the product page. This is the time it takes for us to get the item from the manufacturer and despatch to you. Once we have the stock, we ship all items on a Next Day service - either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or FedEx Priority.
You will get an email from us notifying you the order is complete. You will also get an email from Royal Mail or FedEx which will give you the tracking number.
You will get a returns form with a pre-paid returns label included with the goods. Simply fill in the form, securely package the items, attach the label and drop into any UK post office
