The Guttorm features: Black leather sandal, Sany-Dry lining, anti-shock, slipping resistant, non metallic APT Plate midsole Zero Perforation. High electrical conductibility. Stability of the conductive capability for extended period. Footwear completely free from metal parts. COFRA TOP COMFORT footbed, made of perfumed PU, soft and comfortable, anatomic. The pattern of the bottom layer guarantees superb impact shock absorption and ease of movement. The upper layer is made of antibacterial fabric. Abrasion resistant leather cap. The plantar arch support made of polycarbonate protects this part of the foot from harmful flexion and torsions. Suggested uses: Electronic industries, especially in the electrostatic discharge protected areas (EPA). Slip rated the higher SRC standard. ESD rating: EN61340-5-1 and EN61340-4-3.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If the item is in stock in our warehouse we endevour to despatch the same day if ordered before 2pm. All orders are shipped either with Royal Mail on a next-day tracked service, or with our courier, FedEx. Where items are not in-stock you will be advised of a lead time on the product page when you select sizes which show '1 day' or '3 days', for example. This is an average lead time for products to arrive with us from the manufacurer and upon their arrival with us, the items will be shipped immediately to you on a next day service. If you require a bulk quantity of an item (not small orders), it may be possible to ship direct from the manufacturer to you to save transit time. Please contact us to see if this is possible

What are your postage charges?

All UK orders over £75 are shipped free of charge. UK mainland orders under £75 are shipped at a cost of £4.95. UK Highlands and Islands orders under £75 and weighing under 5kgs ship at a cost of £4.95. UK Highlands and Islands orders weighing over 5kgs will be shipped by 2-day courier at a cost of £18.95. How do I return an item for exchange or refund?

You should have received a Goods Return Form in your parcel. Please use this to return the item for a refund. If returning for a replacement item you will need to place a new order for the replacement item.

Please ensure that returned goods are in their original condition, suitable for resale. Please include all swing tags and packaging and try to avoid using tape on branded packaging, for example boot boxes, as this damages them.

If an item is returned for a full refund then it will be processed on arrival with the funds being issued back onto the original payment method. For your security we will only process refunds through the original method of payment.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back to us, therefore we would recommend adding insurance to the parcel when you post it back to us, to cover any potential loss in the postal system.
