The Cofra Off Shore S3 HRO SRC features: Black water repellent leather ranger, TEXELLE lining, antistatic, anti-shock, slipping resistant, non metallic APT Plate midsole Zero Perforation. Plus: COLD BARRIER anatomic, antistatic and scented footbed, insulating against low temperatures. Fleece lined. The thermal comfort inside the footwear is granted thanks to the specials PU compound devised to give high insulation. Sole COLD DEFENDER PU/Nitrile rubber resistant to low temperatures. Cold Defender PU is a special PU compound which guarantees higher performances than the ordinary PU for mechanical resistance to low temperatures and thermal insulation and it resist under extreme temperatures up to -25 Deg C. The rubber outsole design has been devised to improve the slip resistance and enhance the comfort even on frozen and rambling surfaces. ANTI TORSION SUPPORT made of polycarbonate and fibreglass conveniently placed between heel and sole, which provides support and protection of the plantar arch, thus preventing harmful bending and/or unwilled torsion. Padded collar, internal side zip. Suggested uses: Engineering jobs, maintenance jobs, buildings, industries. Care and maintenance: Clean after each use and dry off away from direct heat; treat the leather with a suitable shoe-polish. Avoid contact with aggressive chemicals or extreme temperature. Avoid immersion in sea water, lime water or cement mixed with water.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If the item is in stock in our warehouse we endevour to despatch the same day if ordered before 2pm. All orders are shipped either with Royal Mail on a next-day tracked service, or with our courier, FedEx. Where items are not in-stock you will be advised of a lead time on the product page when you select sizes which show '1 day' or '3 days', for example. This is an average lead time for products to arrive with us from the manufacurer and upon their arrival with us, the items will be shipped immediately to you on a next day service. If you require a bulk quantity of an item (not small orders), it may be possible to ship direct from the manufacturer to you to save transit time. Please contact us to see if this is possible

What are your postage charges?

All UK orders over £75 are shipped free of charge. UK mainland orders under £75 are shipped at a cost of £4.95. UK Highlands and Islands orders under £75 and weighing under 5kgs ship at a cost of £4.95. UK Highlands and Islands orders weighing over 5kgs will be shipped by 2-day courier at a cost of £18.95. How do I return an item for exchange or refund?

You should have received a Goods Return Form in your parcel. Please use this to return the item for a refund. If returning for a replacement item you will need to place a new order for the replacement item.

Please ensure that returned goods are in their original condition, suitable for resale. Please include all swing tags and packaging and try to avoid using tape on branded packaging, for example boot boxes, as this damages them.

If an item is returned for a full refund then it will be processed on arrival with the funds being issued back onto the original payment method. For your security we will only process refunds through the original method of payment.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back to us, therefore we would recommend adding insurance to the parcel when you post it back to us, to cover any potential loss in the postal system.

Had these boots a week now,comfiest I've ever worn and although they are insulated,I feel like they can be worn nearly all year round without any overheating of feet.
